Our condiment category as with all other categories is relatively small. However, our philosophy is to do quality rather than quantity. We can honestly say that our recipes are not copies of what is already out on the market. Instead, they are a true creation of many years of working in the food industry. Because of our versatility, it is very difficult to pigeon hole any of the products.

Spice Rubs
Summer Kitchen Spice Rubs are about the infusion of flavours into meats, fish and seafood. Unlike other rubs on the market, we recommend marinating all meats in wine prior to using the rubs.
